Time of Dispatch: All  paper is handmade & requires a final pressing before sending.Sometimes it can be a day or so before this can be done if other orders are being processed.

Delivery: Paper is sent by mail or by courier depending on the cheapest rate.  Please remember it is coming from Ireland where there is no Saturday service & courier rates only becomes cost effective when a parcel weighs over 2kg.

On Delivery: Do not sign for the parcel if the outer packaging is damaged.
Please remove from packaging & inspect to see it has arrived safely. Let us know immediately if it has not.
